MIX! isn’t afraid to welcome a little chaos into their improvisations and arrangements. Their adventurous jazz and world music style leaves plenty of room for spontaneity. Their repertoire includes unique arrangements of compositions by jazz legends like Charles Mingus, Duke Ellington, Thelonious Monk, Carla Bley, Henry Threadgill, and more. Expect a dynamic mix of strings, clarinets, saxophones, piano, and rhythm section, led by musical director Tobias Klein.
